Meet the Team

Tracy, Dental Assistant

Originally from Smithfield, Tracy has been working in dentistry for 30 years now, first becoming a valued member of our team 8 years ago. She has taken several advancement courses in dentistry over the years and enjoys staying on the cutting edge of technology as she works with Dr. Giordano and Dr. Khalil. Her favorite part of her job is taking to her patients and helping them love their smile.

Tracy has a very large family! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Natalie, Dental Hygienist

Natalie adds almost three decades of experience in dentistry to our dental hygiene team. Originally from Clifton, VA, Natalie attended George Mason University. She says she loves working on our team -- she’s been here for eight years. Natalie loves horses, endurance riding, running, hiking, and calls herself the biggest animal lover there is.

Kelly, Dental Assistant

Kelly is an invaluable member of our dental assistant team. She’s got more than 17 years of experience in dentistry, and says the best part of her job is getting to know patients on a personal level. Kelly is originally from North Carolina. In her free time, she loves being outdoors and spending time with her family -- her husband and two sons, ages 12 and 19.

Dara, Dental Hygienist

Dara is originally from Ashburn, VA, and adds more than a decade of experience to our dental hygiene team. She says she loves getting to know our patients, and being able to help them achieve better oral health. Dara is certified in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and CPR. When she’s not working, Dara loves being active, cooking, and spending time with her husband and dog.
